Prototypes are the prerequisite for future market and series success. As a specialist in the manufacture of sheet metal parts of all kinds, we develop and realize prototypes according to our customers’ ideas, e.g., in the automotive or electronics industry, right up to series readiness.

Small series up to an annual requirement of several thousand units
Our strength: 3D deep-drawn parts
Our special expertise lies in the production of 3D deep-drawn parts in various sheet thicknesses. No idea, no matter how unusual, is too complicated for us.
Complete assemblies
Our daily business includes further processing into finished assemblies, including all coatings, welding, riveting, and screw connections.
In-house tool shop
We manufacture all tools and fixtures required for the production of a prototype in our in-house tool shop. This makes us flexible and enables us to react quickly to new or changed requirements. We usually make tools from steel, but depending on the complexity of the project, also from plastic or wood.
Small series
Assuming we can produce using the prototype method, we manufacture small series up to an annual requirement of several thousand units.
Design and development
With high-performance TEBIS 3D CAD systems, we are able to manufacture the corresponding tools in the shortest possible time using data supplied by customers. We also develop tools on the basis of sketches and samples. And if neither a drawing nor a sketch is available, we simply slide under the vehicle and adjust prototype parts by hand.
Heat shields
Heat shields made of aluminum or stainless steel in all thicknesses with insulation, also in multiple layers.
Quality assurance and certification
Every workpiece is precisely measured and documented as part of our quality assurance using a Faro measuring machine. We can enclose measurement protocols and initial sample inspection reports with the delivery upon request. We have been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years.
