Prototypes are the prerequisite for future market and series success. As a specialist in the manufacture of sheet metal parts of all kinds, we develop and realize prototypes according to the ideas of our customers, e.g. in the automotive or electrical industry, right through to series production.

Small series up to several thousand pieces annual requirement
Our strength: 3D deep-drawn parts
Our particular expertise lies in the production of 3D deep-drawn parts in various sheet thicknesses. No idea, no matter how unusual, is too complicated for us.
Complete assemblies
Our daily business includes further processing into finished assemblies, including all coatings, welds, rivets and screw connections.
In-house toolmaking
We manufacture all the tools and devices required for the production of a prototype in our own tool shop. This gives us the flexibility to react quickly to new or changed requirements. We usually manufacture tools from steel, but also from plastic or wood depending on the complexity of the project.
Small series
Provided that we can produce prototypes, we can manufacture small series of up to several thousand units per year.
Design and development
With powerful TEBIS 3D CAD systems, we are able to manufacture tools within a very short time using the data provided by customers. We also develop tools on the basis of sketches and samples. And if neither a drawing nor a sketch is available, we can get under the vehicle and adapt prototype parts by hand.
Heat shields
Heat shields made of aluminum or stainless steel in all thicknesses with insulation also in several layers.
Quality assurance and certification
DIN EN ISO ISO 9001
Each workpiece is precisely measured and documented as part of our quality assurance process using a Fahro measuring machine. On request, we can include measurement reports and initial sample test reports with the delivery. We have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years.
